This issue is now resolved. We are no longer seeing errors from Mailchimp integrations.

Monitoring

We have stopped receiving errors from the Mailchimp API, and both Activations and Integrations are succeeding once more. We will continue to monitor this, for the time being, and are confident this was a temporary issue.

Update

We are continuing to investigate this issue, we have now found that this is impacting some Activations to Mailchimp also.

We are currently investigating an issue related to errors being received when collecting data from Mailchimp. We are in contact with Mailchimp to resolve this issue.
